This Giving Tuesday, we invite you to support PathCheck Foundation's mission of building and innovating secure, open source solutions that expand access to critical public health tools.

By developing privacy-first software and making the code freely available, our mission remains to enable public health authorities, researchers, and community groups to implement digital solutions for a variety of public health needs - not just those related to pandemics.

We have partnered with the Zumbro Valley Medical Society to build Olmsted Partnership for Assistance and Lifelines, or OPAL, which will allow health care providers, social service agencies and homeless patients to communicate with each other, making it easier for that patient's care to be more coordinated between different services. By connecting patients directly with care teams, this solution will expand and improve upon the practice of Street Medicine, leading to better health outcomes and quality of life for those who are unsheltered.

With your generous donation, we can continue developing this groundbreaking, open source framework and make compassionate, coordinated care a reality for those most in need!

“Always have a willing hand to help someone, you might be the only one that does.”
